Every year I try and do something to give back to the amazing charity who supported my lovely Dad, brilliant Grand & our families. They made the hardest times a little lighter and made our heroes comfortable as they left us. As the month of May is my Dad’s birthday, I’ll be running 100k throughout the month to raise a few quid for them so other families can get the support they need too. Added bonus, my boys will be joining me some days in memory of their Pops & Grand so we’ll see how far over the 100k we can do 💙
