To mark our wedding this October, we’ve decided to fundraise in aid of the School for Peace in the village of Wahat al-Salam — Neve Shalom (WASNS) through Oasis of Peace UK.

The School for Peace brings together Jewish and Palestinian professionals and students to really address the root causes of conflict and inequality in a thoughtful and lasting way. It is a cause that means a great deal to us.

Life milestones — like marriage — naturally make people think about the future and the world we want to live in. The School for Peace (and WASNS as a whole) inspires all who encounter it to work towards a more just, equal and peaceful society, and that’s the kind of world view we want to support.
