Story
Next may I will be running the Great Bristol Half Marathon in memory of Thomas (Toti) Worboys. In July 2014 he sadly lost his life to leukaemia. This summer will have been 10 years since his passing. His younger sister Evie and I have been close friends since we were young children, having been through primary, secondary and sixth form together. Thomas was also a good friend of my older brother. I have many memories of the countless playdates Evie and I had and how our brothers would annoy us when we were together.
After his passing the school community felt his loss immensely, he was so kind and had such a memorable smile. He had great interests in sports, particularly rugby and cricket.
Leukemia is the most common cancer in children and teens, accounting for almost 1 out of 3 cancers. Please help me to raise funds for research into childhood leukaemia, so that no parents have to go through what Toti's did.
I'm supporting the Toti Worboys Fund at CCLG because I want to help keep Toti's memory alive and make a difference for other poorly children.
