10 years without your smile, your laugh, your voice, You!! How have we even survived that? I’ll never know. What I do know is it’s you that has pushed me on and will continue to give me every bit of strength I need even when that’s to just not be okay✨

In honour of them, all that they were and are remembered for, I will be doing a skydive in May.

Raising money for Rainbows…

Rainbows is a charity that works to raise awareness of the impact of bereavement and loss on children, young people and adults ages 4-19.They work with schools including my own previous high school, to provide training and guidance making sure they are able to support any child dealing with loss in the best way.🌈

If I have learnt anything it’s that this is needed!!

Any support for people experiencing loss maybe for the first time , who are scared to see what’s to come with it. The support of people who can try to understand can make life just that little bit easier to take on and worth working through🥰
