I turn 60 this summer! Whoop! My friend Diana (who volunteers for the hospice) and I plan to walk 60 miles in four days to celebrate this milestone. We will be following the North Wales coastal path from Caernarfon to Aberdaron.

HospiceCare is the local Hospice at Home charity for North Northumberland serving a population of over 65,000. They deliver practical and emotional care and support to adults living with a terminal illness requiring palliative input and end-of-life care. They also offer support to their families and carers and provide Bereavement and Dementia Support services.
