My beautiful little sister was diagnosed with type one diabetes when she was just 10 years old, and had to suddenly learn how to take care of herself at such a young age and has done this amazingly ever since. She is my absolute inspiration so the money I raise for this will be given to the Diabetes Patient Fund so that other young children can also be given the support that Poppy got when she was first diagnosed.
