Hair cut

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions. The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

Story

Lidia has been growing her hair since she was a baby, only having a trim now and then. It has finally reached her bum! Last year she decided that she wanted to have it cut but not just because it’s long - because she wants to donate her hair to make a beautiful wig for a child who has lost theirs.

Lidia was really moved when she saw the pictures of children with no hair.

“Mummy I have so much hair that I want to give it to children who have lost theirs.”

And so as she prepares for her final summer at school, she would like to have it cut and donated.

The cost of making a wig is over £700 so she would love to be able to raise this to donate along with her hair. Please help my beautiful, caring girl achieve her goal.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
