We are Lido lovers who were brought together socially just over 3 years ago thanks to both Nigel our chatty chief polar bear and the pandemic - yes, honestly!

There are eight members of the Early Swim Shoal who were bonkers enough to agree to join Nigel for "The Big Dip", the remainder of our shoal will be supporting us from the side line, in spirit and with hot chocolate. Our youngest dipper is a very lucky 30 something with our most experienced in life heading towards her 89th year.

Our hope is to raise a minimum of £400.00 for Sue Ryder, a charity we are all familiar with locally due to the Leckhampton Court Hospice here in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire’s only inpatient unit for specialist palliative care.
