This May, we’re bringing the Lifestyle Fitness community together to Move for Mental Health.
At Lifestyle Fitness, we’re more than just a gym. We’re proud to be a supportive community that shows up for each other. We see every day how moving together can lift mood, reduce stress, and make a real difference to how people feel.
That’s why this month, we’re raising awareness and funds for MIND, helping support people across the UK with the advice and services they need to prioritise their mental wellbeing.
From 29-31 May, all Lifestyle Fitness clubs will host a charity class during our Open Weekend, bringing members and local communities together to get active and support a great cause.
