Story
Every day, men and women have to leave their career in the Armed Forces as a result of physical or psychological wounds.
Your donation helps them recover and get on with their lives. So far H4H have supported more than 25,000 people and won’t stop until every veteran gets the support they deserve.
Combat Fuel is an official partner of Help For Heroes, after our founder Alex was tragically medically discharged from the army H4H helped his rehabilitation and transition back to 'civil street'. Since founding CF Alex has has a passion for giving back to the charity that supported him.
On the 25th of June 2023 two locations will attempt to deadlift 1,000,000kg each! From advanced lifters to children everyone is welcome at both locations to partake in lifting as much weight as possible in aid of H4H. This is the second Lift For Heroes where the record was 1.4million kg lifted at a single location! Can you help us beat it this year?

The event takes place 7am - 7pm, just turn up, bring your family, friends and everyone in-between and lift some weight!
