#TeamHRUK are raising funds to support Heart Research UK to fund pioneering research and education projects into the prevention, treatment and cure of heart diseases.

I've chosen to run for HRUK because of my dad, who suffered a heart attack back in 2022, without any sign of heart issue prior to the incident. It was such a shock to my mum and me - I can't describe how horrified and scared we were and I would never want this for anyone. Fortunately with the help of brilliant doctors and nurses, he has recovered tremendously. My dad has always been a runner his whole life, and therefore I think this is a great chance for me to combine his love for running and support for a good cause.
