I’ve had a long almost 6 year long battle with psoriasis. I have had so much support from family and friends along my journey and I really want to be able to help towards the understanding and research into psoriasis. There is so many avenues uncovered with psoriasis, and every penny counts towards research.

Donating anything and supporting this charity really does mean a lot to me. Psoriasis is not just a skin condition it affects you mentally and physically, helping fundraise for this charity I am also wanting to bring awareness to people who don’t know much about this disease.

I have decided for my fundraiser I will run a 10k on June 14th. I have never been the type of person to run so I want to push myself out of my comfort zone and feel good doing it! Anyone wanting to join on the day feel free to get in contact :)
