Hi my names Lily I'm 19 years old and I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes last year in April.

Together with my mum (Sarah) I will be doing a Tandem Skydive to support Breakthrough T1D who do amazing work advocating for type 1 and funding research projects for it.

I would appreciate any support you can give as I'd like to raise as much as possible for such a personal cause!
