I’m fundraising for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity, specifically supporting the Time Garden Appeal at Ipswich Hospital. With your help, we can give patients and their families a peaceful, private space to spend precious time together — something that means more than words can express.

I’m taking on this challenge alongside my mum, who is a palliative care nurse. Through her work, and through our own family’s experience, I understand just how important these spaces can be.

In 2022, we lost my grandad, and my family and I were able to use the Time Garden at Colchester Hospital to spend meaningful, quiet moments with him. That time meant so much to us. It gave us comfort, closeness, and memories we’ll always hold onto.

I want families in Ipswich to have that same opportunity — a peaceful place to be together when it matters most.
