Hi, I’m Lily and I’m 9 years old. I’m riding my bike all the way to Paris in May to raise money for Devon Wildlife Trust.

I love cycling and adventures, and I wanted to take on a big challenge this year. I will be cycling about 130 miles over 4 or 5 days and I’m really excited to see if I can make it to the Eiffel Tower! I will be starting the journey in Dieppe and cycling along the Avenue Verte.

I’m doing this ride in memory of my Grandad, who was a sailor and also loved cycling, exploring, and going on adventures. He loved the sea and the countryside and was an animal lover, so I wanted to do something special to celebrate the things he cared about.

Training for this ride will take a lot of hard work, but every mile I cycle will be for my Grandad and to help protect the amazing wildlife and nature around us.
