YoungMinds is the UK's leading charity championing the wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. I truly believe we should be striving to understand young people’s mental health more in depth, with urgency. Witnessing and experiencing the incredibly flawed support systems we have in place at schools and healthcare, I’d really like to help fundraise for this incredible charity to hopefully help people struggling with their mental health or facing adversity.
