The Lincolnshire Football Association and the British Heart Foundation have joined together to support, educate, and inspire the community of Lincolnshire on and off the pitch.

We are looking for 50 clubs to raise or donate £50 during then next football season - can you inspire your club to take part

The Lincolnshire FA want to take a stand in the fight against heart disease and sudden cardiac arrests through raising awareness and funds for the British Heart Foundation in this incredible charity partnership.

This September the British Heart Foundation are also looking at putting a spotlight on hidden heart conditions.

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with a hidden heart condition, you’ve lost a loved one, or you’re on the ground raising money for lifesaving research – we’d love to hear from you.
