I am taking part in an amazing, if scary, opportunity to push my boundaries by participating in a Firewalk in support of Maggie's Centre, Dundee. I’ll be braving the flames on Friday 27th March 2026, so any donation you can make to help me over those coals would be much appreciated.

For those of you who are unaware, I underwent not only life changing, but life saving surgery in September 2024.

I would not have coped without Maggie’s Centre, Dundee. I cannot overstate how important this charity has been and continues to be for me. I received kind and caring support from the outset. This was at a time when I was frightened and reeling from an advanced cancer diagnosis, which turned out to be a rare liposarcoma. I have since accessed one to one sessions to help me adapt to my new normal and really appreciated the phone calls just to check in with me. The various groups have been educational and an opportunity to meet some wonderful people. I have been extremely lucky to benefit from outstanding support (and endless cups of tea!) from Maggie’s Centre, Dundee. I would be delighted if you could make a donation to this worthwhile cause.
