Story
As you may know I'm not stranger to adventure, fundraising or adversity.
My last fundraising adventure was 6 years ago with my dearest friend Karen and some amazing ladies, we walked and camped for 5 days. Since then my world got turned upside down, I lost my mum and another dear friend, my brother had a large tumour removed from under his sternum, covid affected us all challenging the most resilient of us and my dear friend Karen can only encourage me now from her wheelchair.
Wellness walks gave me a focus and purpose when I was struggling. They take anyone and everyone into the outdoors to walk and often talk, to enjoy the benefits of fresh air and open spaces safely with trained walk leaders all of which have mountain and mental health first aid and walking qualification.
Please help me raise funds to train and support others with wellness walks.
