I’m running the Chester 10k to raise money for a charity very close to my heart – Space.

Space is a wonderful SEN play centre that supports not just children with special educational needs, but their whole families too. From after-school clubs and sibling groups to parent support, they create a safe, welcoming place where children can be themselves and families find the understanding and community they need.

For me, this is more than just a charity – Space has been a lifeline for both my daughter and my granddaughter. The support, kindness and encouragement they’ve given us has made such a difference to our lives, and I’d love the chance to give something back.

That’s why I’m taking on this challenge. Every donation, big or small, will go directly towards helping families like mine. If you’re able to sponsor me, it would mean the world – together we can make sure Space can carry on their amazing work for all the children and families who need them.
