I'm running in the EHM again this year, and this time it's personal.

I'm raising money for two charities that have supported me enormously - Care for Carers and the Carers Trust.

These organisations champion the 5.8 million unpaid carers in the UK who quietly give everything to look after the people they love. I'm one of them, and I know first-hand what a difference that support makes.

So I'll do the running — all I ask is that you do the giving. Every little helps. 💕
