This little charity’s 🏊‍♂️ 🌟 private facilities came onto my radar a few years ago.

Those of you who know me may be aware that, prior to my elderly father's death, this place provided something special 💫 that could no longer be offered by the NHS.

The trips to this hoist-accessible hydro pool, along with the warm welcome and support from the fabulous people who run it, provided my Dad with joy, freedom, empowerment & friendships untill his death last July, aged 96 .

It also gave me a bank of priceless beautiful & positive memories, which will last my lifetime. For that and for all little charities like them, I am inspired, truly indebted & grateful.

This great place provides wonderfully empowering watery experiences to those who can’t, for whatever reason, access 'standard' pools. This private hire pool has hoisting facilities & is suitable for people with additional needs, young and old, & those no longer ambulant or with poor mobility.

Unfortunately their luck with the non slip flooring seals has not 👎 been good ..... 😕 😞

They need floor repairs and would so like to offer automatic doors to enable independent access for all to the building.

I would like to help to support them financially in their quest to repair and regenerate. They can then go on offering access to the freedom, pleasure & health benefits being in the water can bring.

To that end my long hair is coming off. My hair if accepted is going to be used to make wigs. I'll get a V crazy short hair cut or a scalping ... 😆 🤣
