Last year I raised over £800 for St John’s by running 45 miles in a month, so I thought I had to raise the bar if I wanted to ask you to dig deep again! Don’t particularly like heights (maybe that’s why I stopped growing at 5’2”) don’t particularly like flying…seems like a Sky Dive was the obvious choice then!

This wonderful hospice cared for my Dad, so I have experienced their amazing support first hand. He was an adventurous type and had talked about wanting to try hang gliding, so I’m hoping I will be able to channel my inner Buzz Lightyear as I am falling with style, and appreciate the view through Dad’s eyes 💚 That’s the theory anyway…
