Hello! This year, the official charity of Lindisfarne Festival is the Motor Neurone Disease Association! We have chosen this charity in honour of Barrett's Bananas, founded by the late Richard Barrett, who sadly passed away from Motor Neurone Disease and who loved music festivals.

Richard and the rest of the Barrett's Banana crew will be well known to many of our Pilgrims having attended the festival many times over the years, dressed as bananas and giving out bananas to help festival goers keep their energy up and promoting good causes.

Help us raise £1000 for this wonderful charity in honour of Richard and please keep an eye out for Barrett's Bananas who will be on site all weekend where his legacy will live on!
