So the girl who is more suited to a bottomless brunch or a coffee and cake is.... running a marathon! I'm really not a natural runner and maybe just a little over my peak age but its happening.

In January 2022 my mum Diane was cared for at home by the staff from the Severn Hospice. Whilst this time was only very short, the staff helped us to give mum the love, care and dignity she deserved the world over. The staff are such wonderful people who do such amazing jobs.

Since 2022 I have wanted to fundraise for the Severn Hospice and on my second attempt at the London Marathon ballot... I’m in! We will never come to terms with the loss of our special mum but by doing this I’m hoping any funds raised can provide care, help and assistance to other patients and their families during their most difficult times.
