My daughter Heather and I decided to sign up for Tough Mudder Scotland to challenge ourselves both physically and mentally and give us something to work towards.

When thinking of a charity to raise money for, Moray Rape Crisis was instantly a no brainer. This amazing charity do incredible work in the Moray area by providing free and confidential information, advocacy and support to anyone in Moray (age 11 and over) affected by any form of sexual violence. These unsung heroes quite literally save lives and families every day with their non-judgmental care, compassion and support and we want to give a little back to them.

We appreciate times are tough but would be so very grateful if you could spare a few of your hard-earned pennies to help us donate to such a wonderful charity.
