Team George's take on RPHM26 - a truly scenic and unforgettable route through London's four royal parks, filled with positive and uplifting atmosphere along the way.

Story

I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2026 to raise money for St George’s Hospital Charity. The incredible hospital that has helped my beloved dad fight cancer.

Anyone who knows me knows the bond I share with my dad, Dugal, also affectionately known as “Pooh”.

In 2021, he was diagnosed with bowel, liver and lung cancer. What at the time felt insurmountable was conquered with his own extraordinary courage and tenacity and the phenomenal support from the remarkable team at St George's.

I feel unbelievably lucky to still have my dad by my side, sharing in life’s special milestones — moments that once felt uncertain. This run is my way of giving something back for the care, compassion and hope that means so much to my family.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help make a real difference — supporting patients and their families, and the dedicated staff at St George’s and Queen Mary’s Hospitals who go above and beyond every single day.

Thank you so much for your support 💙
