I’m running the Hackney Half to raise money for an amazing charity that supports families of SEND children as they try to navigate the incredibly difficult challenge of securing the right educational support for their child’s individual needs.

The system can feel overwhelming, unfair and exhausting, especially when families are already dealing with so much. This charity provides guidance, support and someone to fight in your corner when it can often feel like no one else is there to help.

I can’t actually believe I am running this far but as all our SEND kids remind me we can do hard things!
