This year, I am taking part in the Ayrshire Cancer Support Big Boxing Day Dip in memory of my Dad, Danny Hamilton. Not much phased Dad and he was always up for a challenge so I'm going to brave the cold and the water and take a dip on what will be our first Christmas without him. 💔

This local Ayrshire charity supports children, young people and adults affected by cancer, offering patient transport, counselling, complementary therapies, a drop in centre and much more.
