This September, I'm taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge for the third time to raise money for Family Fund. Having been struggling with injuries the last couple of months, I am slowly having to build my strength and fitness back up for this 24 mile mighty hike!

All money raised will go towards providing grants and practical support, information, skills and opportunities for families raising disabled and seriously ill children.

For many families, summer means days out, holidays and time together. But for families raising disabled or seriously ill children, summer can also mean higher costs, fewer breaks, and caring responsibilities that continue around the clock.
