The Links Vet Group Team's paws will be pounding the pavements on 29th August as they take on a personal marathon trek across the length of East Lothian, to raise funds for the invaluable work of St Columba's Hospice Care.

St Columba's are currently supporting a cherished member of our team, Sarah, through her fight against cancer. Many will recognise Sarah as the friendly, professional face who has led our Reception team for almost a decade.

St Columba’s Hospice Care provides palliative and end-of-life care for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. They are an independent charity at the heart of local communities and have been offering free, flexible and person-centred care and support to our patients and their families for over 40 years.

This 26 mile trek will take us from LVG Musselburgh, through Prestonpans and Haddington, culminating in Dunbar. As we prepare for this significant challenge, we are reminded that our efforts pale in comparison to the struggles faced by those receiving care from St Columba's.

We are embracing this opportunity to show our love and support to our colleague and her family. Any donation to help us achieve our goal will make a massive difference to those who need it.
