As part of my "road to recovery' with my own mental health I have decided to take on the gruelling challenge of walking the West Highland Way - While completing this challenge I have chosen to help raise some much needed funds and awareness for this small charity as it is a cause very close to my family's heart.

As most people know, I was an army wife for over 15yrs and have seen the affects PTSD can have on our soldiers/Veterans. My hope is to raise enough money to help fund a space on their therapeutic dive program for a local Veteran.......Please dig deep guys, every penny will make a difference!!
