So many people have experienced mental health challenges and far too many die by suicide. For those left behind that loss is devastating.

Mental health support is hugely difficult to access for so many. That's why the work of bigmoose is so important. It's an amazing welsh charity that helps people with their mental health and works to prevent suicide and reduce homelessness. Having spoken to people they have helped I know how phenomenal they are. (They also make a mean cup of coffee)

In just a few day's time ( 3rd April ) I will be wing-walking to raise as much money as I possibly can to support their work.

Hopefully seeing a chubby, mature woman making a complete fool of herself will encourage you to part with the price of a cuppa. If not, do it for bigmoose.... they, and the people they support, are definitely worth it.
