I wanted to get back into running post small human and wanted to help a great charity that has really helped pre and post natal with the little one- Graham from Midlothian Sure Start was the only professional to show us how to change a nappy which was very helpful!

If you have 2p or a £1 anything is really appreciated. Caroline and I will be aiming to run 10km on 1st December with small one being just under 7 months old. Hopefully 10km in 1 hour 10mins fingers crossed 🤞

Midlothian Sure Start provide pre and post natal sessions for parents as well as baby massage, open kindergartens and other support and educational classes.
