I am embarking on an incredible personal challenge to cycle 435 kilometers through the beautiful landscapes of Vietnam and Cambodia on 22 October 2026. This journey is not just a test of endurance but an exciting opportunity to support the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Charity.

As someone who has never cycled before, this challenge is both thrilling and daunting. I have been training hard with spinning classes and cycling to work, preparing myself for the tough distances and challenging temperatures ahead.
