Homeless people may have nothing - not even a mug - when they get a new home. When a new tenancy get’s off to good start, it’s much more likely to work well. We help them get started on day one with the small essentials to eat, sleep, cook and clean, and the Packs are really big. Lots of items have to be new and people donate gently-used items which can go into the Starter Packs, so we're helping the environment, too. We started in 2008 and we’re run entirely by our great volunteers.

Story

Moray fresh start recognise that when someone's been homeless, moving into a new tenancy is an expensive and stressful time. They provides Starter Packs of basic household items for people who have been homeless and are getting a settled place to live.

Our clients don't have the resources to buy them and the Starter Packs help to get off to a good start and sustain the tenancy.

members of Bellie & Speymouth Parish along with local residents are holding a sleepout in the church garden to raise vital funding for this amazing charity.

Anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
