Every year 400,000 people in the UK are diagnosed with cancer, leaving them feeling anxious and alone.

This spring, I am walking 400,000 steps to raise money for Cancer Support UK (CSUK) to provide practical and emotional support to those impacted.

As a Trustee at CSUK, I understand the impact the charity makes in the lives of those living with cancer.

Better than sending flowers, our Cancer Kits are curated by people who have undergone cancer treatment and the feedback is overwhelmingly positive from recipients.

For post cancer treatment, Cancer Support UK's free Cancer Coach service provides much needed emotional support to those feeling isolated and struggling with returning to work or normal life.

£30 funds a Cancer Kit and £100 funds a 6 week Cancer Coach service.
