In April 2026, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a special cause close to myself and family’s heart! When my nephew was born he was under the most amazing paediatric neurosurgery team at kings and since then he has had not one but two major spinal surgeries and on top of this spent months in hospital not being able to sit up to eat and drink or be cuddled when needed it the most. During this time they went above and beyond in caring for him to ensure he would have the best possible start in life whilst keeping him safe and as comfortable as possibly could. There compassion and care towards him was above and beyond. Thank you so much in advance for donating whatever you can, it really will make a massive difference to not just my nephew in the future but to all the babies and children out there in need of some extra special care…. Don’t they all deserve that?
