So what is going on?

The company I work for, Ecosurety, are back for the third consecutive year supporting the incredible charity WasteAid. In 2026 we’re setting our most ambitious target yet: £10,000.

A team of us are taking on the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge on June 13th, with team members walking or running different distances - 30km or 50km. I'm doing 30km, running from Painswick to Wotton-under-edge and covering over 1000m of elevation.

It is also the week after I'll be taking on a leg of the Classic Quarter relay, an ultra-marathon covering 44 miles of the south Cornish coast from Lizard Point to Lands End. So back to back big, hilly running challenges for me!

I'm hoping the commitment to training, and perhaps sheer stupidity of doing these two events in back to back weekends, motivates you to chuck a few quid towards a great cause.
