As a health visitor, I work with families who are often going through incredibly difficult times—struggling to afford food, baby supplies and even basic toiletries. It’s during these moments that I turn to Families First, a local charity that makes an enormous difference.

I use Families First regularly to support the families I work with.They provide baby items, clothing, and other essentials that help families most in need. This offers not only practical support, but also makes them feel seen, valued, and cared for. What might seem like small items to some can mean the world to a parent trying to care for their child with limited resources.

I’m raising money so Families First can continue their amazing work and reach even more people in need. Every single donation—big or small—goes directly to helping vulnerable families in our community.
