Story

During Lupus Awareness Month in October 2023, I am reminded of my sister's silent struggle with this debilitating disease. Lupus affects an estimated 1.5 million people globally, yet it remains largely misunderstood and underfunded. That's why I am fundraising for Lupus Awareness Month 2023, to help raise awareness and funds for those living with lupus.

Living with lupus is a daily battle that affects every aspect of a person's life. From chronic pain and fatigue to organ damage and life-threatening complications, the physical toll is immense. But the emotional toll can be just as devastating, as the disease often goes unseen and misunderstood by others.

That's why your support is so crucial. With your donation, we can help fund research into better treatments and ultimately find a cure for lupus. We can also provide much-needed support to those living with the disease, from access to medical care to emotional support services.

Please consider making a donation today to help us reach our goal of raising £50 for Lupus Awareness Month 2023. Your contribution can make a world of difference in the lives of those living with lupus.
