💕🦋Elsie’s Story will once again be taking on the London Marathon! I am so honoured to be part of that journey.

My personal reason to join Elsie’s team

Hi I am Lisa and I work at Farnborough Road Junior School as a Learning Mentor, supporting children with their social and emotional aspect of learning.

My passion is running and I have ran for over 20 years on my own, with friends, with work colleagues and within the community. But this run will have such a deeper and meaningful purpose. And that purpose is for beautiful Elsie Dot Stancombe. 💕🦋

I have been continually thinking about how I could support Elsie’s Story and when this opportunity came up to apply for a ballot place, I knew I had to apply. I can’t thank Elsie’s Mum and Dad (Jenni and David)and the team behind Elsie’s Story enough, for giving me this opportunity to be part of this journey. 💕🦋

It will be a privilege to be part of the next London Marathon chapter of Elsie’s story by spreading hope, kindness and togetherness amongst our community it will continue Elsie’s Legacy and hopefully create some smiles along the way. 💕🦋

Running for Elsie’s Story a charity so close to all of us, is what will give me the determination and dedication to cross the finish line. Knowing that I am helping to raise money and awareness for a charity that gives so much to local children and families. Helping create precious memories with loved ones. 💕🦋
