Douglas was born and bred in Cirencester and attended Powells School, he gave his time and energy to Youth Football, Sports for the Disabled, Cirencester Phoenix Majorettes, Cirencester cribbage league, he loved being part of the community that Cirencester has and supporting those who needed help!

Sadly Douglas died on 31st August 2026 and we would be extremely grateful for any donations people are able to give, to go to a school which supported him in his early years giving him a strong foundation of love and kindness. Thank you
