My company Turner & Townsend is proud to support Action for Children in improving children's health, well-being and safety through prevention and early intervention and advocacy.

I've spent years chasing the Northern Lights in some wild places, but somehow I've never climber Ben Nevis!

So, in a moment of questionable judgment, I volunteered to, in 3 months time, to swap my camera (I might just have a camera with me!) for hiking boots and taking on the UK's highest mountain! Every step up that mountain is to help Action for Children support young people who deserve the chance to reach their own summits!

If you'd like to cheer me on (or laugh at the thought of me willingly climbing 1,345 metres!), I'd be incredibly grateful for a donation. The challenges some children face can last a lifetime, so one day of hiking is certainly worth the effort to help!
