I lost my wonderful nanny in November and when we spent our last week with her, Farleigh Hospice were also there (at her home); providing around the clock care for Nan ensuring she was a peaceful as possible. As a way of thank you, my dad, Ellie and I are riding 20km & hoping to raise a little bit of money to give to them so that they can continue their care for others who need it xx
