Sebastian's Action Trust have supported myself and my daughter, Kyra since we lost Byron in December 2016.

Without them I'm not sure where we would be now, they helped us to carry on when we thought all hope was lost. The people we have met through this charity will be in our lives forever, and we are eternally grateful to each and every one of them.

Sebastian's Action Trust supports families of seriously-ill children, walking alongside them from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond. We provide emotional, practical and social support to more than 600 families who have life-limited or life-threatened children. We support the whole family in the community, in the family home and at our two centres (Basingstoke and Crowthorne).

We can't add days to lives, but we can - and do - add life to days.
