Throughout March I am trying to raise awareness of Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake (ARFID) which is a very misunderstood condition.

Together with Owl Blue I run X2 ARFID support groups....."Owl Blue ARFID Friends". I don't want any family to ever feel as alone as we did in 2021.
