We're Back – The Mammary Walk 2025!

I'm Lisa, a Mammographer working at The Nightingale Centre, and after the incredible success of last year’s event, I’m thrilled to say… The Mammary Walk is back!

Once again, 50 inflatable boobs will be bouncing through the streets of Manchester, a fun, bold, and unforgettable way to raise awareness and funds for a serious cause. We’re walking together to support the final phase of our much-needed Breast Imaging Academy, a purpose-built space to train the next generation of breast care professionals.

Taking part this year are breast nurses, research nurses and specialists, radiologists, radiographers, mammographers, breast surgeons, survivors, and amazing supporters of our breast services. It’s a real team effort from the heart of our breast care community.
