Story
On the 23rd December my Dad was diagnosed with MND. The worst news possible.
Anyone who has been lucky enough to meet my Dad know just how awesome he is. Positive, funny, brilliant. Annoyingly good at most sports, so competitive and a zest for life that is contagious. He is my amazing strong Dad. And the best Grandad.
His symptoms started in March, however it has taken 9 months to be diagnosed. In that time he has lost the use of his arms.
iit often takes along time to be diagnosed as some Doctors dont come across it in their careers.
We are now focussed on creating memories and just spending time together as a family.
Im spending 2026 raising money for the MND association. I'll be running several long distance events including the Manchester Marathon and the Rob Burrows leeds Marathon.
Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page supporting the MND Association. The MND Association focus on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with MND
