After training for the past 7 months, Karen alongside her trainer, Lisa are taking part in a HYROX charity event on 26 October in Birmingham with sponsorship for The Creative Mental Health Charity (PoetsIN)

Karen and Lisa want to show that with support, teamwork, drive and determination, we can achieve almost anything… 2 ladies who run their businesses as well as their homes with 5 children between them still find the time to focus on not only their own health and wellbeing but by raising funds for this important local charity.
